Northumberland’s beautiful coast is blessed with some of the most spectacular golf links in England, such as Bamburgh Castle Golf Club a 100 year old course with its wonderful views of the castle and Alnmouth Golf Club (Foxton) one of England’s oldest courses. In all we offer more than 40 great golf courses, located in some of the most stunning and dramatic landscapes in Britain.
Northumberland has a course to suit every level from beginner to expert and most are available to pay and play with minimal waiting times. Green fees start at £15 per round and there are also a number of driving ranges where you can practice your swing.
If you fancy testing your hand at a number of courses during your stay, head to any Tourist Information Centre in the North Northumberland area and pick up a Northumberland Parsport. The Northumberland ParSport allows you to try several of the best golf courses at discounted rates.
